Sleeping posture to test your personality type

British sleep assessment and consulting experts summarised 6 sleeping postures through questionnaires and found that each posture corresponds to a personality type. At the same time, the sleeping posture can also reflect the mood, emotions, and psychological defences during this period. What kind of sleeping position do you usually do, please see the picture:

[Review]

Fetal type (Figure 1): People in this sleeping position are rigid on the outside and soft on the inside, with a sensitive heart under the strong appearance. They may be shy the first time they meet someone, but they can relax quickly. The arched back constitutes a powerful self-protection. When a person is suffering from painful setbacks, this sleeping position can most make people experience a sense of security.

Trunk type (Picture 2): The body is tilted to one side, and the arms are stretched downwards to stick to the body smoothly. Most of them have a cheerful personality, love to socialize with others, and in many cases show leadership and charisma. However, they tend to trust others easily and are too naive. This sleeping position is a manifestation of a relaxed and contented mood, and I am satisfied with my recent life, work or study status.

Missing type (Figure 3): The body is tilted to one side, and the hands are stretched out to form a right angle with the body. They like to socialize with others, are outgoing, and easily integrate into the group. People who adopt this sleeping position are more suspicious, sometimes even a bit extreme and cynical, and it is difficult to accept different opinions. The missing sleeping position is a reflection of the cold war or avoiding problems.

Soldier pose (Figure 4): Lie on your back completely with your hands close to your sides. People who like to sleep like this are generally introverted, more conservative, and will scrupulously abide by strict standards. Over time, they will unconsciously demand others.

Starfish type (Figure 5): Lie on your back with your arms slightly raised on the pillow. This type of person is helpful and a very good listener. He is generous to people and has many friends, but he doesn't like being the focus.

Free fall body type (Figure 6): These people tend to be nervous and are generally more active. They often act recklessly due to lack of foresight. They generally cannot accept criticisms of others with a humility.
